Campus Description
In accordance with the Foundational Law of the Rey Juan Carlos University, the Ramón Carande Centre of
Social Science and Law Studies, created in 1990, was integrated on October 1st 1998 as the Faculty of Law and
Social Sciences of the University. This Faculty is located in the Southeast area of city of Madrid and includes
four buildings with 48 lecture rooms, 4 computer rooms, administrative and student services, a research area.
There is an underground station adjacent to the campus.

Teachers’ offices, Seminars and Auditorium.
Classrooms
More than 60 fully equipped classrooms.
All students have access to Internet. A wireless network fully covers the campus.
Library
It currently holds 170.000 volumes, around 20.000 journals in electronic format and 832 seats, and the
University Language Centre.
