Access to official degree programmes will require to have a high
school diploma or equivalent and to pass corresponding examinations
according to the article 42 of the Organic Law of Universities 6/2001,
modified by the Law dated April 12th 4/2007, without prejudice for
other access mechanisms foreseen by current regulations. |

Profile of the programme Today
the life requires varied types of food in order to live a long useful
life. In Spain the food industry requires professionals capable of
developing and innovating processes and products related to food
production and safety. |
Learning outcomes: - Students will be prepared to:
Manufacture
and preserve food, analyze food, control and optimize processes and
products, develop new food products, implement quality systems,
identify nutrition factors, estabilsh healthy food regimes for
individuals and groups.
