Registration procedure
APPLICATION OF ERASMUS STUDENTS
Participating institutions. Academic year 2009-2010
Candidates must belong to any of the Institutions which have signed Bilateral Agreements with URJC. Partner
Universities for this academic year can be found in C.3.1 PARTICIPATING UNIVERSITIES.
Forms and deadlines
Each academic year participating Institutions select their applicants and send their applications and transcripts
of records, duly completed and signed. No application of individual students will be accepted without home
institution support.
URJC uses the ECTS standard forms.

REGISTRATION FOR SOCRATES/ERASMUS STUDENTS
To register at URJC, the ECTS Learning Agreement must be presented (normally before beginning of
September or January). The Learning Agreement must be signed and approved by home and URJC
coordinators (departmental and institutional) (See ANNEX III: LEARNING AGREEMENT). Students will be
registered only in the courses included in this Agreement. Any change in the corresponding ECTS form must be
proposed to and signed by all the coordinators. Students will be assigned a date for registration upon arrival.
ERASMUS students must only pay tuition fees at their home institution.
